When can you exchange or refund?
- Seven days from the date you received the product. In the case of home appliances, exchange or refund cannot be accepted if the boxes are opened or damaged, thereby declining product value.
- If products or services we provided are different from our advertisement or carried out differently, you can exchange or refund the product within three days from the delivery date or within 30 days from when such information has come to your knowledge.
Why you can't exchange or refund?
- Products are lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to customers. However, the same rules shall not be applied if packaging is damaged caused by checking the product details.
- If the package is opened or damaged, thereby reducing product value.
